Willingtown Square Wilingtown Square is home to historic buildings, rescued from demolition and moved to Market Street. The buildings are not open to the public but may be viewed from the outside. In the Square are the Cook-Simms House (1778), the Coxe Houses (1801), the jacons House (1748) and jacob and Obidiah Dingee Houses (1771 & 1773). Visitors can explore restored mills, a workers' community and the ancient home and gardens of the du Pont family.
